Veggie And Shrimp Soup

Ingredients:

20 medium size shrimp
1 cup peas
1 cup green beans cut
1 cup carrots cut
1 cup cauliflower
salt by taste
pepper by taste
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cooking oil (optional)

Optional: you can add broth instead of water if you prefer it more!

Directions:

Rinse off, and pour your shrimp in to the large pot. Fill the pot with enough water (you can also use broth if you desire) just above the shrimp, and then add a small amount of salt and pepper to the shrimp. Set the pot over medium heat, and let the shrimp cook until they begin to rapidly boil. Carefully pour the water of off the shrimp.

Add vegetables to the pot.If you like add broth to the soup.Add butter,cooking oil. Mix all ingredients together, and let everything cook until it begins to boil rapidly.

Set the cooking temperature of the pot to medium low heat, taste a small sample of the soup, and if needed, add a little more salt and pepper until it suits your taste.Then let the soup simmer for about fifteen to twenty minutes, and you are done.
