Firefly Fitness Fridays Week 11

You know, I realize that I complain a lot here on the Firefly Fitness Fridays posts LOL But honestly not everything is that bad…Well other than my weight. So onto the good stuff. I am really enjoying all the fresh fruits and veggies that are in the season now. Berries are definitely making me happy. Discovering and trying new recipes has been great. The Garden

I know I told you last week that there is a chance that we will not have the veggie/fruit garden this year, but as soon as I said that I felt bad. LOL There is just no way that we could go without it. Princess was so excited that we got to do some veggie planting this past weekend. We are doing the same as last year, which means lots of veggies and some fruits. I may go and get more fruits, since for now all we have is strawberries and apples. Looking Forward To Summer

Now that cold is kind of behind us, we are looking so forward to summer. The apple tree in our backyard has finally bloomed and it looks so beautiful. The flowers are starting to show, and everything smells fresh and summer like. As usual, we don’t have any major plans for the upcoming months. Vacation sounds so, well like a vacation. I love shrimp way too much. And this recipe is very easy to make and it has only 205 calories per serving. The recipe below is for about 6 servings. This is something that you can make with or without sausage. I, most times make it without, since I’m not big fan of sausages. But, even with them it is so yummy! I’m sure you’ll love it!
