Food Love-Hate Relationship

I’ve always had mixed feelings about food. It’s one of those love/hate relationships, where you are on the fence, yet you can’t decide. I love it, and probably, way too much. I also tend to be an emotional eater. Which means, it really doesn’t matter if I’m happy, sad, mad, upset, depressed I’ll deal with anything with food. Last time we talked about “How Often Do You Communicate”. We all agreed that communication in marriage plays a big part. As I told you the last time, we do communicate and most times, way too much.
