Coffee Smoothies

Coffee Smoothies Ingredients: 1 cup Ice Cubes 1/2 cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt 1 cup Coffee, chilled 4 tbsp Low-fat Milk or Skim Milk Directions: In a blender, put ice, coffee and low-fat milk or skim milk. Blend well, so that all the ice cubes crush well. Add vanilla frozen yogurt to the blended coffee. Blend again. Leftover coffee is hard to come by in many households, including mine. But on those rare occasions, don’t throw it away; put it to a good use. There are so many delicious recipes you could make with coffee that possibilities are just endless. Yes first of them is iced-coffee, and I’m sure we all know how to make that. As soon as I hear someone say coffee I’m there LOL and you know that already. Because honestly if there was no coffee my mornings would be insane. And I’m sure my migraines would rule my world.
