I love the smell of pumpkin bread. Actually, when I think about it some of my favorite recipes are made with pumpkins. And one thing I like about baking with pumpkins is that you don’t really have to focus your recipes just around holidays. I love to take it year round and enjoy that warm feeling of sharing something special with your loved ones. Yes, they are really good. And if you didn’t try them by now, you really must! Best of all it’s very easy to make, and you can also use your leftover mashed potatoes. Great way to serve everyone’s favorite in a little different way!
