		<description>Nikes give pretty good padding but they break down faster.  New balance is the best you can buy because they are virtually customized to your running style and foot shape (and they are assembled in America).  I had Mizuno once and loved them.  Saucony is hit or miss, but I have a very flat foot so it is difficult for me to find a low arch running shoe.</description>
