Perfect Running Shoes

When buying running shoes I always look for comfort, after all they should be easy and comfortable. But at the same time I want my running shoes to be stylish and pretty.

Color plays a big part in the process too. As you know I love to add a little color to everything here and there and in the past I think I’ve gone and had all the cool ones. Right now it’s Nike with purple. Not the best color I’ve had, but since my daughter chose it I’m satisfied. Plus they are so easy and comfortable and trust me they can take anything, well I do wear them almost every day.

Now since I have problems since high school with my left knee I also have to look for the running shoes that won’t make me cry those first few days. And that did happened several times in the past.

A confession. Years back I hated wearing running shoes. I always had them of course, but preferred to wear them only if I really had to. Now it seems like the easiest option and I have 4 pairs that really am not sure I need LOL

  • Shoes have gotten so cute! I hate the wearing in stage too!

  • I love my pink addias :)

  • Nikes give pretty good padding but they break down faster. New balance is the best you can buy because they are virtually customized to your running style and foot shape (and they are assembled in America). I had Mizuno once and loved them. Saucony is hit or miss, but I have a very flat foot so it is difficult for me to find a low arch running shoe.

  • finding the perfect running shoes is tough but a specialty store can be very helpful
