Perfect Pancake
July 31st, 2009 | 211 views | by fireflyPrincess and I have been cooking some yummy things this past week. I guess we are trying to make some interesting things well mostly for her, since Mommy really shouldn’t eat all of those yummy and fatty foods LOL
I thought it would be fun to post a nice Pancake recipe, since I didn’t post any recipes in a while!
Perfect Pancake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
ENJOY!!!

YUMMY! All my kids (mine and daycare) LOVE pancakes and we usually have none left over. I’ll try this recipe for sure!!

Oh wow, I’m new here in your blog, came from Mom Bloggers Club, and boy those pancakes are definitely to die for! ^_^ I’m off to our kitchen in a few to fix dinner, but doesn’t mean that I can’t try this recipe during dinner now can’t I?
And you forgot something here…. Syrup and toppings! LOL.
By the way, I’m also looking for some link or button exchanges for my blogroll as well, care for one?
