Multivitamins

So I got this new multivitamin yesterday and I have to say “What’s with the size”???
OK so the picture doesn’t show the actual size, but that thing is on a dessert plate, and it is big.
I’m just wondering why aren’t those fast releasing things also fast swallowing?
