All you need is bread. Any kind you like…white, wheat…
Bread should be dry, take it and brake it into smaller pieces and place on the baking sheet. Turn oven to 300F and bake bread for about 10 minutes. Check to see the color. If the bread crumbs are light leave them a little longer. It’s up to you, and how you like them. I take mine out when they get to the golden color.
Take the bread out of the oven. Cool and than mix in the food processor or blender.
Store in the air tight container.
If you want a little flavor to your bread crumbs you can always add some Italian Seasoning, which will give it that special flavor punch…
