Get In The Spirit

I was wondering what would be fun to post today, than Kristen  from La Dolce Vita  did this fun post meme and tagged all!

 THIS IS FUN AND GETS YOU IN THE SPIRIT!

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags?  I use both, it all depends on a present and for who it is.
2. Real tree or Artificial?  Past 3-4 years we’re using the Artificial trees.   

3. When do you put up the tree?  First week of December.
4. When do you take the tree down?  First or second week of January.

5. Do you like eggnog?  Yes, but I didn’t always.

6. Favorite gift received as a child?  There is way too many to list here, maybe some other time.

7. Hardest person to buy for?  I would have to say all of the male family members.

8. Easiest person to buy for?  My daughter for sure.

9. Do you have a nativity scene?  No.

10. Mail or email Christmas cards?  Funny I do both, I mail all the Christmas cards, and send e-cards for New Year.

11.Worst Christmas gift you ever received?  Really don’t know, I know there was some bad ones and it usually had to do something with gifts at work  LOL.

12. Favorite Christmas Movie?  I love all of the holiday movies so it’s hard to pick a favorite.
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas?  Usually I wait for the last moments, but this year I was good and started way early, I can say I’m already finished, ah OK maybe two three more and than I’m done.

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present?  No.

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?  It has to do with sweets LOL
16. Lights on the tree?  So many on the tree and living room, and out side…OK way too many.

17. Favorite Christmas song?  This is another hard one, know them all like them all.

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home?  We are usually Christmas eve at my Parents house, Christmas Morning home (well late morning) and later in day we go to my in-laws.

19. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer’s?  I’m not even going to try LOL

20. Angel on the tree top or a star?  We have both, well Angel on the top, and star a little under LOL

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning?  Both, and add New Year Eve LOL
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year?  Ugh…going to the stores. It takes forever.

23. Favorite ornament theme or color?  I’m not sure really, our tree has so many colors so I really don’t know.

24. Favorite for Christmas dinner?  Mashed potatoes have to be involved and nice cookies LOL

25. What do you want for Christmas this year?  Oh, this year my list is kind a long…I want so many things…but what I really, really want and need is a new digital camera…

  • I had a few minutes before we left for the condo to stop by and read your blog. I love this and will try to do it when we get back. I agree with you on the whole mash potatoes thing! They are so good that I don’t care how many weight watcher points are in them!
