Garden Fun

Our garden is doing great and with all the rain that we are having it looks like it will be a great year of all kinds of veggies and some fruits.
We also have a little garden friends that seem to be right at home. Our garden bunnies are sure enjoying themselves and Princess is sure loving to chase them. By my count we have 3 and they are all different sizes…a little family LOL
Now I don’t mind them, they are not making me much damage like the squirrels that seem to have something against my plants. Every flower pot they get to they destroy all that is planted inside. And all I want to know is WHY???
It looks like this year will be also good for our strawberries. Princess is so excited and so am I. last year we had them but not so many, so this year I actually made sure to plant all the fun things princess loves. The thing with strawberries is they usually don’t grow the first year they are planted, but we have plenty that will.
When it comes to tomatoes I had to make sure that we have enough (which means too many) cherry tomatoes because they are so cool! We have regular big tomatoes too and way too many cucumbers LOL, peppers and salad. Last year the corn didn’t do so good (OK I blame squirrels again) but we’ll see now.
I’ll share more pictures and updates as the yummy things grow more

we have a bunny in our yard too, I want him to go away only because our greyhound will get him.

That is so cool you actually got a picture of one of your little bunny visitors! We have a few that hop around in our Back 40, but I’m never fast enough to get a picture…of course it probably doesn’t help that the dog take off after them!
