Firefly Fitness Fridays Week 14

July has been my all time cooking month LOL I’ve made more yummy recipes, mostly new ones that we didn’t try before. And while most have been healthy, some have not.
Sadly my weight is moving more up than down, and yes, I know, I have only myself to blame for that. But for some strange reason I don’t feel my usual ugh self this week.
Things have actually started to be good. I feel like I can be happy on those days that I don’t exercise, or that I don’t follow my diet every step of the way.
I think not feeling guilty and not feeling like I’m failing is helping a lot. And It actually really feels good.
Now off to the fun stuff! Did I ever tell you that I once before tried cabbage soup diet?! Well now you know LOL. I actually find the soup very yummy! No really. If you mix right veggies and play with spices a little it is quiet good. Now, I haven’t really followed that 7 day in a long time, but I do make the cabbage soup every now and then. I find it very cleansing and easy, especially in spring and summer.
So next to the soup I also tried following oatmeal diet. Honestly they both have the same schedule, going day by day, both 7 days. While they both have restrictions, and both have yummy options, I find it hard to follow it for 7 days LOL Lets be honest 3 would be enough.
OK so my progress is still very shaky, I actually have lost a few pounds LOL but you know how that goes, I’m sure I’ll get them back tomorrow morning
