Drop Dead Diva returns to Lifetime television for the second season. Are you excited? I know I am!
Back in 2009 the series was praised by critics, and loved by the audience. I personally loved it and even though I didn’t start watching the first season from the beginning, I made sure that I watched all the episodes back to back! With each new episode that I saw, I loved it more.
With the new season premiering on Sunday, June 6, at 9 pm (ET/PT) I can’t wait to see what is new this season. That’s why I was so excited to receive the opportunity from Lifetime to see the season premiere for Drop Dead Diva just a bit earlier than everyone else! And I can tell you that I love the beginning of the new season, and that I know fans will be happy! The series is everything we expected and more!
Brooke Elliott along with the whole cast of Drop Dead Diva brings an amazing performance in the new season. There are also new guest stars that will appear throughout the season, some of them including Abdul, Liza Minnelli, Rosie O’Donnell, Tim Gunn, Delta Burke, Nia Vardalos, Kathy Najimy, Jorja Fox, Elliott Gould and Gregory Harrison.
