Crepes
Time for recipes, again. LOL we’ll gain weight just by looking at those, we don’t even need to eat them.
But jokes aside, I really love this recipe, it’s easy and quick, and so yummy. It’s fun for kids and you can serve it with just anything.
I like to put Nutella inside with some finely ground walnuts, and roll them loosely or tight depending of with what I’m serving it. And on top you can leave them plain or make a little spacial occasion look by adding again just about anything, whipped topping, ice cream, fruits, chocolate or fruit syrups.
Here is a quick way to make them and a serving suggestion
Crepes
Ingredients:
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup milk
-1/2 cup water
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
-In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
-Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
-Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.
Serving suggestion:
Add a scoop of ice cream, little wiped topping, some chocolate syrup or your favorites!
ENJOY!!!
