Coffee Is Good For You-Health Benefits

Often times we think that cup of coffee we enjoy everyday is, well not that good for us.

We can’t argue that coffee makes us feel better, it wakes us up! The taste and aroma are just too good to pass by.

But really, there is no need to worry. Coffee actually has many health benefits that do help us.

I know, hard to believe! I also thought that it was just the “feel good” little pleasure, but now that I know that there are more benefits from this drink than just the feel good and wake me up, I love it even more!

Here are benefits of coffee:

  • Caffeine may reduce chance of Parkinson’s Disease.
  • Caffeine reduces risk of liver cancer.
  • Caffeine reduces risk of skin cancer.
  • Coffee may cut colon cancer in women.
  • Coffee reduces muscle pain.
  • Coffee will detox your liver.
  • Coffee may reduce chance of death from heart disease.
  • Coffee may help with short-term memory.
  • For women, caffeine may prevent long-term memory loss.
  • Caffeine won’t cause hypertension.
  • Coffee can reduce diabetes risk.
  • Coffee can fight cavities.

But remember, even with all of the studies and the “good for you” benefits still, EVERYTHING IN MODERATION!
