You know, we are still doing this fit & healthy thing LOL OK so I gained weight this past week, and I didn’t feel like doing any exercise… But I do love spending time with my family outdoors… Running around like a kid does count as exercise, am I right?! July has been my all time cooking month LOL I’ve made more yummy recipes, mostly new ones that we didn’t try before. And while most have been healthy, some have not. Things I need to learn: I need to stop overeating…You know everything in moderation. Really, I’m not saying I should cut all of my favorite foods out of my diet, but honestly I need to learn to eat less of it.
