Backyard Garden At Firefly House

You probably all know by now that we have a veggie and fruit garden here at Firefly house and I did promise you last time some pictures.

I took those several days ago (while we still could go outside, since today we are having a tornado) and the first picture is of our Tomato plants. They look so cool and I’m so happy with how well they are growing.

The second picture is of Cucumbers. Not all have grown that I have planted, but those that have I’m happy. After all there is still time and since we had long winter I’m happy with the progress of our garden all together this year.

This year I decided to plant Green Beans even though I’m not sure how will they turn out. Not that I had any good experiences before, but I’m hopping for the best.

Now it seems they are doing well and I’m excited to make cool recipes with them!

Green Peppers (love them) they are so cute I didn’t take a picture but will later of the first pepper of the season too cute.

Onions hmm Hubby is still wondering why do we have those, heck he’s still wondering why do we have any of the veggies here LOL since he’ll only eat Tomatoes and Cucumbers.

And my salad is looking beautiful, can’t wait to start eating it…wondering should I hide some in Hubby’s food…

Strawberries! I was so excited about those, well I did plant like half my yard with them LOL and I’m so happy that each one is having Strawberries this year.

Soon soon they’ll be red, LOL Princess is asking every day “Can I eat One now”…”Just One”…

I never saw a kid eat so many strawberries in my life, she really loves them.

Which of course was the biggest reason I planted them.

And just so you know what I’m talking about when I say squirrels are attacking my flowers LOL see those pots well every morning I have to chase squirrels from there LOL
