Wow December 31st of 2009…Where did the year go? How fast? For me this year basically went by in a blink of an eye, or maybe two. It started fast, it finished fast. Triple Chocolate Tiramisu Cake Ingredients: 2 3-ounce packages ladyfingers, split 1/4 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee 1 8-ounce carton mascarpone cheese 1 cup whipping cream 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup chocolate liqueur 1 ounce white chocolate baking squares or white baking bars, grated 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate, grated Unsweetened cocoa powder Chopped chocolate-covered coffee beans (optional) Directions: Line the bottom of an 8×8×2-inch baking pan with some of the ladyfingers, cutting to fit as necessary. Your Planes For New Years Eve

Last year we had a New Years Eve party with family and friends. True most canceled at the last minute because of the snow storm we had, but the party was still lots of fun. This year we were planing another party, and in some point we wanted to put together two parties in one (Hubby’s birthday and New Years). Unfinished Projects

Finally I got some time to sit and finish all of the unfinished projects for my Etsy Shop. Some of the things were sitting in my sewing room for months, and just waiting to be posted. Others half done. And there is still so much to be finished. Doing this year the shop did really bad. Mostly my own fault for not posting all of the items, or not finishing them.
